Overall Satisfaction with Gong
Gong helped me onboard faster. Gong helped me shadow at my own time and at my own pace. Gong offers me feedback. Gong saves me time and stress by recording the meetings. I would endorse Gong to any company that needs to have high-performance sales teams.
- Shadowing from top AEs and Top customers without risking anything, at my own time.
- Onboarding is fantastic because you can learn faster and can listen in to some fantastic calls and previous enablements.
- Take notes and record the call (beyond zoom) where you can search for calls by customer, content, dates.
- Accelarating the pace of the call, filtering by speaker (saves a lot of time) I love Gong.
- Speech to text could be a lot better
- Speech to text in different languages, like German, Portuguese, Spanish.
- I have been able to save some great deals. (1M +)
- It reminds me of the to dos, if I forget them.
- I could listen to the calls with my boss and build a strategy around the customer.
It definitely does, it would be greater if the Speech to text was more accurate and or if it work in other languages.
I am able to see if I listen to enough calls from my peers and was able to close the knowledge gaps faster.
