Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong is what we use to record customer conversations. There are several aspects to my business with clients that necessitate the usage of call recordings to ensure that my actions are correct and that customers' important terms are being properly spelled in my conversations. In many cases, we are able to get amazing remarks about our product from our phone conversations. Each user will be able to hear previous calls in order to enhance their delivery and strategies, as well as to learn what to avoid.

Gong was a breeze to set up and use. During the beginning of our engagement, the account management staff performed a great job. Tech support has not been a problem since everything was implemented. In my opinion, Gong is one of the most user-friendly applications out there. It's easy to find your way around. The reports and usefulness should be improved.
The AI Insights have been intriguing and useful in little doses. However, I don't think they are remarkable discoveries. There includes a rudimentary analysis of discourse ratio and pauses, which is useful but should be regarded as a simple feature. Although the transcribing quality is among the best I've seen, it's far from flawless.

Gong is ideal for sales conversations in which a wide range of products or services are addressed. When speaking with clients who have thick accents, this feature comes in handy for double-checking our understanding of what they've said the first time. Using Gong to examine demonstrations and conduct discovery calls is an excellent choice. This is the product's strongest suit. For the time being, the platform participates in calls with a decent degree of success. A great tool for team collaboration.
