Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use Gong for conversation analysis and sales coaching. We can easily review what happened on a call for accurate note taking/follow-up as well as onboarding and coaching opportunities. It helps me be more intentional during the call and more consistent after the call. I'm able to easily search for calls based on a variety of pre-built and custom criteria in order to solidify what I'm learning during onboarding. The AI features are great for drilling down into specific information within the transcript, and it also helps me quickly get up to speed on historical conversations on my accounts.

Very easy to use, UI is pretty intuitive
The AI insights are very helpful. It's pretty accurate in terms of summarizing calls and with identifying call highlights based on criteria/tracking phrases that are important to our business.
The Account AI can analyze recent calls and emails to provide a quick update on any conversations I missed or provide overall insights into any specific topics or questions you have. It gives you some suggestions for things like success criteria, account health, or pricing but you can ask anything and it'll quickly comb through to provide an answer and where it got the answer.
Gong is way more robust than other tools I've used at other companies, and the UI is infinitely easier. I didn't have a hand in bringing Gong to my current company so unsure if there was a previous tool it replaced.

Gong is great for new and tenured reps to review calls. This can be your own calls to help ensure accurate notes and follow-ups or you could search for a particular topic or use case to find calls that cater to something you're trying to better understand or improve upon. You can get really specific based on custom tracker criteria or keyword searching. It's also great that it's plugged into our CRM to help share information in the context of my account book so I can get up-to-speed on meetings I've missed.
