Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
We are using it to review calls and listen back to what we could do better on our calls. It is used in only our department from my understanding. It helps us to identify KPI for reps to improve on monthly and weekly.
Pros
- Recording
- Ability to pick up points brought up in the call
- Flex of tone on the call
Cons
- It takes an eternity to upload a call to listen to it.
- The ability to listen to calls adds a lot of return on investment based on the improvement basics for reps to know what they really did.
