Gong is used primarily through our marketing department to manage and review calls with clients. It helps to analyze the different areas of focus within our calls and learn how we can best improve our process to make it consistent across the board. Our marketing team relies on Gong to focus on the quality of calls.

- Helps to analyze performance (time spent per call, topics, etc.).
- Zoom
Gong.io is much more advanced and intricate than Zoom. The only feature that is better on Zoom is the ability to easily scroll through the recorded calls.
