Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

We use Gong.io recording to review and better our team's communication.

  • I would say the transcripts could do some improving.

It's pretty simple to use, easy UI makes it seamless for teams to gather and study calls.
One of my favorite features is getting graded on the conversation after it has taken place. These insights give a speaker the idea of how they are doing in these conversations and could improve down the line if needed.
I haven't used many other products other than Gong.io.

Recording calls and being able to review them to be able to craft our messaging for future clients/customers. Sometimes an individual doesn't like to be recorded so that would be the only instance in which I see Gong.io is inappropriate.
