Overall Satisfaction with Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to monitor all of our web traffic and referral sources. It is our tool that is used to know if the content that is created is being read if there are any issues with our website, and if a promotion or plan is working or not for a web presence.
  • It shows the data in an easy to use fashion.
  • It is quick and easy to install.
  • It really tracks everything that is done on a website.
  • I wish I could see more on mobile.
  • I think it is hard to learn how to use at first.
  • I think some of the "search" traffic isn't properly separated.
  • I can place a value on an email campaign by measuring goals through Google Analytics.
  • I can see if the time spent on new content is making a difference in traffic.
  • I can also see if a paid ad is driving traffic and conversions.
I can't think of another competitor who provides a free service that is as good as Google Analytics. That being said, I haven't done a ton of research or use other software like Google Analytics because there is no need to fix what is not already broken. I just use what works.
I have only talked to customer service once and my experience was nice and easy. I don't have any major complaints, but I do not have enough information to truly rate the helpfulness of the customer service. I do know there is a big knowledge bank that I can use when I have questions.
