Google Forms helped my organization to increase profit!
Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
Google Forms is used by the consulting and data engineers team. Recently, we built a Google form to go out to our customers to ask for reviews after a service was provided to them. It helped us to understand the various reasons for decline in customer retention.
Pros
- Google Forms helps to record and save the responses a user gives.
- The options for radio buttons, multiple selection, fill in, etc. helps in forming different types of questions and covers a wide scope.
- Recently, as a fun event at work, we had to send out Google forms to the employees. It had some great images to add for extra information related to the event.
Cons
- I would like it to be more customizable (e.g., change in font, templates, editing options, addition of images, etc.
- I would like if we could share just a PDF file instead of the link to record responses.
- A security to check if a person is not filing the form multiple times for benefits.
- Google forms are easy to prepare, so they are used across the organization for various purposes.
- Google Forms has helped us to reach and gather data for the problems my organization was facing. We could make improvements within a quarter and the changes were remarkable.
- Google Forms is compatible with multiple software, so it was easy to use the data collected in various analytical tools.
- SurveyMonkey, GetFeedback, by SurveyMonkey and SkillSurvey Reference (formerly SkillSurvey Pre-Hire 360)
I selected Google Forms because of its efficient and quick customer service. I had used other platforms earlier and had trouble connecting with their team for issues.
