Overall Satisfaction with Google My Business

We are utilizing Google My Business to promote our local branches across the Google search platforms. We have implemented a new service that verifies us as a legitimate business and displays our certification to the public. Since being verified we have seen an increase in lead generation.

Additionally, we utilize the reviews and photos section to promote our work and customer feedback. These provide a good opportunity for prospective customers to see both our work, and the reviews of previous customers.

Google My Business is a fantastic tool to set your business and marketing up for success. If you're not actively [utilizing] it, ease start. Get your name out there and take advantage of their features and tools to generate leads and business awareness.

There is truly no tool in this class that I would recommend more due to the massive benefit Google My Business has in terms of SEO and ease of use.

Google My Business is well suited for anyone and everyone who runs or manages a business. This is a tool you must use, period. If you're not actively taking advantage of the features and benefits of this, you're missing out.

I can't personally think of a situation [in which] this tool wouldn't be helpful. E-commerce and digital stores can still take advantage of their features to promote their businesses. They won't see some of the same effects due to not having a physical location, but it will still boost credibility and back links.
