Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We use the GoTo Connect for our On Call (after hours calls). It is great for I am able to see who calls and if the on call technician reached out to the customer. I like that I am able to get emails of each call to which really helps after the weekend. Go To Connect is rather easy to use.
We love that we can see if our technician has returned the calls after hours or not.

Pros

  • The phone goes off right away
  • Email the messages to my email as well
  • Shows if we responded back to the customer

Cons

  • If it could be set for one on technician each day instead of all phones going off each day.
  • It has made a positive impact for if a technician is out sick and then someone else needs to take the on call for that evening they are already getting the calls.
It is rather easy to do. If our technicians go do this so can anyone.
We have not used any other products like GoTo Connect. This one does it all and easy even if the phones are down at our business.

Even if the phone service is not working in our office at least GoTo Connect works and calls our phones. We had a time that during the holiday the phones were not being forwarded on Memorial Day I was able to go into the website and change for all the phones to go to our technician that was on call.

Using GoTo Connect

This is such a simple program. We utilize it especially for our on call after hours calls. We are able to see who called and when and also if our technician called them back using GoTo. We are able to see the messages that our customers have left us on the after hours too.

Yes - The mobile interface works great for we utilize for our on call after hours calls. Also our technicians have to use it to call the customer on the way to the customers home for then it shows they are calling from our office rather than a cell phone. This in turn helps so the technician does not receive a call to their phone and we are able to track the calls.
