The software has allowed us to setup some dial plans that streamline where calls go. These plans have also allowed us to route calls to additional people or, when necessary, setup quick and easy help lines and spread the calls amongst staff. As people come and go it has been easy to integrate new people into the call

GoTo has streamlined our process for customers service. Being able to transfer calls and messages across a single platform between all levels of service and field staff is second to none. Being able to have crews use existing phones in the field with an app has saved us money and saved employees having to have 2 phones.

The most tangible impact GoTo has had in our organization is within the Contact Center and the use of call queues in our dial plan. It was not unusual for us to have upwards of a thousand calls a week coming into our locations, and a lot of those were callers hanging up and calling again, and hanging up and calling again, and hanging up and calling AGAIN because we didn't answer the phone due to being on the line with another customer. When we deployed call queues into our dial plan, we saw a dramatic decrease in the number of incoming calls every day, and the number of missed calls leaving a voicemail that needed to be returned. We were able to help the customer on their first call because they stayed on the line until we had an agent ready for them. Using the contact center we can manage agents logged into the queues, as well as see who has the quickest answer times, and when calls are the heaviest so we can better deploy our staff.

I don't have to worry about phones anymore. We used to have a growing bone yard of dead portable phones and desk phones that we would scavenge parts from. I no longer have anxiety about the phone system going down and not being able to fix it. It has literally changed my life here and made it enjoyable to not have to worry about people complaining about phones.

Remote working is so important now and with the goto software to be able to work anywhere is essential. Businesses are on the go now and needs to be able to work from anywhere and have all the tools at your finger tips. Plus with the great feature GoTo Connect provides with affordable cost to keep labor cost down and still function.

Having all communications through one piece of software has been ideal for our hybrid workplace. It better helps to keep track of previous information sent through messaging and call logs. You have the ability to access these communications anywhere you happen to be, via mobile or desktop apps and with voicemails even going straight to your email for optimal workflow.

For a great prices, we have not had to worry about our phones. That is a tremendous help to an office that does not want to hire an IT admin to manage any of the technology. We outsource our tech - and GoTo has been wonderful in its support when there is an issue (which is RARE!!)

First of all, the auto attendant is a reliable tool to direct calls without needing to get a person involved. The tracking metrics are also useful to see which of our clients tend to need the most attention, as well as to see which employees are spending the most amount of time helping people on the phone.
