Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We use GoTo Connect daily for our phone system, dial plan, remote calls, and virtual meeting calls. It is essential to our current business and for future expansion in our industry. It seamlessly switches across all the computers and mobile devices that are used for work, meetings, and scheduling. I also appreciate that it integrates directly with other software that we use daily.
- Customizable Dial plans greatly exceed expectations
- Being able to dial in or receive calls remotely
- Integrations are a necessity in our industry, they work perfectly with our scheduling and calendar apps
- I would like to see the UI improvements continue, it has been greatly simplified but there is more trimming to be done
- Expanded network would be great! I'm unable to port my preferred number due to lack of coverage here
- The amount of power provided at such a cost effective level absolutely blows me away.
- Customization on dial plans and scheduling is huge, I feel like I can build it exactly for my business.
It works so well together, there have been hardly any issues since implementation. I have found it extremely easy to learn and use.
More customization, simpler interface, better pricing!
