Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
The company where I work has been using GoTo Connect for a couple of years already since the company was called Jive.
We like the phone system, the pricing, the ability to record the calls and listen to them for quality, and how we can use the app, desktop, browser, or phone device.
The company keeps growing and updating, adding AI and adding more features.
Customer service is the best. You don't need to be a programmer to install the phones and program them; you just need to give them a call to guide you in the right direction.

- Recording calls
- Accessible to use in smartphone, desktop, browser, sofphone
- Good price
- Great customer support
- Bilingual staff in customer service
Cons
- Integrate AI transcript of recorded calls in old accounts, not only new accounts
- Customer service needs to be attended by humans again, not machine. (My opinion) don't lose your human touch!
- I have lots of locations using same phone system with one ring group per location, can you make so that we can limit the numbers the users can have access to listen to instead of giving them access to everything all recordings?

- Opportunity to finance devices, or even receive discounts on devices
- Great analytics visual reports

I would also like if they could add little tutorials in the admin console section.
