We use this product to oversee our business' phone system.

Pros

  • Updates to the system are easy
  • Global visibility all in one place
  • Robust yet intuitive to use

Cons

  • We needed some help when we expanded to a second location.
  • cost savings resulting from software consolidation
  • increased visibility into analytics
  • time savings resulting from easy and intuitive admin experience
We use for core phone system functionality with great success. I can not speak to the meetings or messaging aspects.
