Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

GoTo Connect [(formerly Jive)] is being used by the whole company for a way to stay connected. As we are no longer in the office, our phones are still with us, thanks to GoTo Connect [(formerly Jive)]. I can take all my calls from my computer - inbound and outbound. It's fantastic that we are able to stay connected to what we consider landlines - making use of personal cell phones voluntary, rather than it being the way you have to talk to people.

Easy to install, easy to teach people how to use it!
It may be the service or it may be invidivual internet connections, but the call quality can vary greatly from call to call.

I think if you talk on the phone a lot, and want to make sure there's delineation between your personal phone use and business, [GoTo Connect (formerly Jive)] is a great way to stay connected even when you're not at the office!

Using GoTo Connect

The lay person can use it very well. However, sometimes there are issues with audio devices that need to be addressed by IT rather than the user themselves. This can lead to an increase in tickets - but easy to solve ones. Overall, it's a clean interface for folks of all tech capabilities.
