Overall Satisfaction with GoToConnect (formerly Jive)

We are using GoToConnect across the entire organization to help with remote workforce. We were able to incorporate our sales team using integrated cell phone functionality which was also extremely helpful.
  • Very easy setup process - phones come preconfigured and ready to go
  • Outstanding support - issues and enhancements are taken care of very quickly
  • Partner enablement - great to work with from a reseller/implementer perspective
  • Customer satisfaction - our customers absolutely love the system. Once implemented, we have never had one want to leave.
  • Pricing - there are some lower-priced offerings in the market with similar features
  • Greatly reduced costs - Our phone service is about 1/4 of what we used to pay monthly
  • Improved customer experience - our clients love the system, which improves their overall satisfaction with us as their partner/reseller
  • Business Continuity - ability to handle calls without being tied to physical office
GoToConnect makes it super easy to setup. Just answer a few simple questions about the users and they pre-configure everything and ship it ready to plug and play. Number porting usually goes very smoothly as long as you have the required information from the old provider, and GTC support is there to help from beginning to end. Really works out well to make for a smooth implementation.
The call quality is great - noticeably better than the old digital and analog systems we have replaced. We use the system ourselves and have implemented GoToConnect for several customers, and none have reported issues with call quality. In our experience, the voice calls use very little bandwidth and have no problems.
The administration portal is very intuitive and easy to navigate. We love the dial plan editor and the ability to easily drag-and-drop functions to be able to customize the call handling processes. Some of our customers ask us to do it for them, which we are happy to do, and others have taken it upon themselves to manage their own systems because they find it so easy to use and they enjoy being able to get in there and "play around." It's nice that we can co-manage their systems.
Yes - By implementing GoToConnect, we reduced our bill to 1/4 of what is was previously and added an incredible amount of new functionality that we did not have previously. It was a no-brainer for us!

We have not found a use case where GoToConnect was not a good fit. It has worked well in every situation - from manufacturing to medical. Our customers love the ease of use and reliability, and our technicians appreciate how easy the system is to manage.
