Our helpdesk used GoTo Connect (formerly Jive) to connect with users to assist with various technical problems.

GoTo Connect (formerly Jive) [was] very easy to deploy. Just like most remote management/assist tools, it is fast, easy, and fairly lightweight.
GoTo Connect (formerly Jive)'s sound quality is good, but just like any other remote tool, the quality degrades with poor internet speed, etc.

Using GoTo Connect

GoToConnect (formerly Jive) [is] very easy to use. [The] feature set is good for what is needed. It is not overburdened with a lot of unneeded features that make some other tools harder [to use].

Upgrading GoTo Connect

Yes - We previously used Skype for business for remote access to troubleshoot.
