Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
It was used by my clients for web conferences. It makes it convenient to gather multiple decision makers and share information regarding the needs of the client. It provides a live forum where we are all able to be aligned with their needs and how I will be able to best service them.
- The connection time and live feed is great.
- The invitation and login process is extremely easy.
- The screen sharing gives great visuals.
- The app has frequent issues.
- The initial invite ends up in spam frequently
- It is highly used with my clients and provides a direct impact on increasing the value of our partnership.
- It gives us the ability to all stay on the same page.
It offers all of the basic functionalities and is very user friendly. Pricing stacks up fair and could easily service a mid size company with nationwide locations.
