Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is being used across a few different departments in our organization. Mainly sales and customer success reps to help with note tracking, calendar invites, and other scheduling capabilities.
  • Makes scheduling client meetings SO easy! By linking up to your calendar, it allows you to drop in your availability right into your email, and the client can click the time slot that works best to schedule your calendar invites automatically.
  • Groove makes it very easy to collaborate across other teams, and find meeting times that work well on everyone's synced calendars without having to take additional time looking for a time slot.
  • This tool makes tracking emails in your other platforms so easy. It's very convenient having all of my emails saved under that particular client in Catalyst if I ever need to reference something later.
  • Having automated scheduling would be a nice feature.
  • Has put so much time back in my day by not having to enter email notes.
  • Increased productivity when scheduling meetings each week.
  • Client happiness! The ability for my clients to schedule time directly from the link in my signature has helped in my overall client happiness if they need to reach me.
Amazing and quick customer service when I had a question about how to insert specific time slots in my email scheduler.
So easy to use! You just sync it and you're done. It operates in the background tracking your activity.
