Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove in a sales capacity. I am able to create Groove Flows which means that I can connect multiple times with bespoke outreach to hundreds of new leads using just one input. This means I am able to use my time more effectively researching for new leads and contacts.

Pros

  • Personalises emails
  • Groove Flows
  • You can share Groove Flows and Templates to other team members

Cons

  • Sometimes Groove just sends out my flows before I have had a chance to review them but this is probably my user error as opposed to anything wrong with Groove
  • In the capacity that I use Groove, it works really well for me
  • Personalisation
  • Mass reach
  • Multiple flows to ensure different industries can be reached in a personalised way
  • Creating templates
  • Linking in with Salesforce
  • The last quarter, through using Groove flows alone, I generated $200K in pipeline
Because it is a very intuitive piece of software that links in with my other sales tools, such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
