Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove's OmniDialer for outbound phone calls, and actively use flows for phone/email campaigns. It helps keep us on task, as well as on schedule with activities and follow-up.
  • Sync to Salesforce
  • Flows to keep nurturing leads and prospects
  • Formatting prospects/contact information that is imported out of format (capitalizing letters, correcting typos, etc)
  • General connectivity issues
  • Increased productivity
  • Improved visibility into accounts/helps to nurture prospects
  • Improved note-taking, lessening administrative burden
I sometimes encounter syncing/connectivity errors, but Groove has been mostly fantastic in my use cases.

Groove has been exceptionally helpful in helping to track and maintain sales activities. I actively use flows, import contacts from Salesforce, and have a prospecting/follow-up plan each day.
