Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use this to create automated emails to reach new potential customers. It provides great visibility into response rates and customer engagement with content.

I think that the formulas for inserting customer-specific things AKA name, account name, etc, could be easier to find. I also wish it would automap names that are imported
roughly 3-4 hours. its extremely time-saving for me

Very very similar product. I didn't have any decision on which product my company used but I think that Outreach's phone and texting feature is more developed and user friendly than Grooves Omnidialer

I have reached many customers using automated flows that allow me to book meetings, and get a pulse check on how they are doing as an organization. We recently switched to another product instead of Groove and I miss it so much. Connected emails to opps in salesforce far better than what we are using now.
