Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Guru is like a big Database of information; you have just to search for something, and if your company has it, you'll find it. When I want to have details for some product, process, diagram, presentation, or just simple information, I use Guru to find it without losing time. So, the first positive point is central documentation and saving time.
  • Search criteria are powerful: you'll be sure to find your expected information in the first results generally.
  • Organize and manage favorites: you can create collections and sort elements like bookmarks with a browser.
  • Tasks management; adding tasks or accepting and following.
  • Organization or the Interface (GUI) is not funny, and it could be much more appreciated.
  • Personal libraries should include search element.
  • Timeout to log out is very short, and sometimes you are discounted without an announcement.
  • Centralising information
  • Following people
  • rating articles
  • I think it's done for ROI as we have used Guru for years, and it's our unique tool, which is a positive thing.
  • Recurrent fees are not known, I mean how the product costs every year.
  • Optional or additional features are unknown and also the licensing model.

Do you think Guru delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Guru's feature set?

Yes

Did Guru live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Guru go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Guru again?

Yes

I recommend Guru for complex searching, especially if you don't master exactly what are you looking for. You can also make PDF from your results or simply share them or add to favorite and so you can find all things later and to do you have just to use your own collection. May be we should have some score to trust if the result is good or not.
