Overall Satisfaction with Guru

I utilize Guru to provide a much more effective customer support service via it's swift documentation. It allows for faster resolutions which in turn leads to satisfaction for both parties. Guru also assisted me during various training procedures which would otherwise be a lot more tedious and complicated without it. Overall, as a customer service agent, Guru is an important tool for us to ensure we follow the correct procedures with our clients while keeping us updated on any upcoming changes.

  • Search Engine is a bit rusty at times.
  • A more organized layout and favorites section.
  • Allow full screen expand to Guru cards.
  • Favorites.
  • Suggestions.
  • Recents.
  • Allows for a fast learning experience for new agents who are being introduced to their project's processes. In just a week, someone would have mastered a specific process.
  • Ensures agents have references for assistance without the need to need help from the supervisor.
  • It's simplicity allows for anyone of any level to swiftly get the hang of things.

From experience, Guru works amazingly with the customer service department in most situations regarding assisting a client. Although I believe is better suited to remote agents. At least if there's a scenario in which you want to double-check the process to ensure you're doing it right.
