Great training support tool!
Overall Satisfaction with Guru
Everything from training to processes and new systems. The team has full visibility of different areas of work. We are a 12-space coworking company, and the biggest challenge is keeping everyone informed. Guru helps us create an encyclopedia for the business and makes it easier to point our colleagues in the right direction. As part of the Facilities team, we must work with many contractors; Guru has helped us organize information and collaborate with some IT contractors, ensuring we have the right information.
Pros
- Tag words to help the search engine.
- Ability to associate other guru cards in one card.
- Page layout is very user friendly and organized.
Cons
- It's not clear how to relate/ attach other guru cards. The feature exists but is not very easy to spot.
- We often find it difficult to search because we don't remember the card's title. I would love it if the tag words worked better.
- Once editing a card, instead of adding someone to collaborate on a draft, it would be good to send the draft to someone via email. I find people often ignore these emails/pings if it's just a draft collaboration. The wording could be to ask someone to verify the draft.
- New employees have a great organised training platform.
- Easily update or add new processes - proved to improve the whole team's knowledge.
- Reduced time spent by team having to explain things over and over again.
