Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Guru is used for our knowledge base, solving issues for our live cases, and helping the community update their sharing. I have to access it daily so I can check new procedures and expand my product awareness. It's a powerful tool for gathering an ever-changing work ethic and a giant user pool streaming service.

Pros

  • Organize cards and lessons by topics.
  • Stimulating engagement through article evaluation.
  • Sharing updates quickly.

Cons

  • The search can improve its filters.
  • The links can be more trustworthy.
  • FRT reduced to 1-2 minutes.
  • About 3 to 5 minutes to find results when powered by AI.
  • 5 different approaches to each case.
The permissions and some search filters can definitely improve. The articles and visibility as well, since the rollbars need to be scrolled in a somewhat stiff window. Zooming in or out doesn't seem to do the trick. The overall UX is pretty great but definitely has some room for improvement.

Overall: Amazing and life-changing. It's like having a specialist by your side every time. Pros: It's really reassuring to have a huge, daily updated knowledge base to check and solve all my doubts. Cons: It could have a better search mechanism or maybe better filters to save some time and help focus the desired results.
