Heap allows our product management and analytics team to be nimble in applying tracking updates without requirement development support. The ability to update and manage tracking so quickly, allows the team to measure and analyze new features that are tested and launched, without the significant level of effort typically needed with other tracking platforms.

While Heap is more expensive than the free version of Google Analytics, we find that the cost is well worth it for the unlocks it provides to our product management and analytics team to regularly modify tracking and build reporting.
