Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
As a nonprofit, we have a minimal staff. But we know that our audience uses social media to find others and answers, so a robust presence is essential. Hootsuite helps us manage our messaging across platforms and increase our outreach in this way.
Pros
- Interfaces with Canva.
- Assist in changing up posts through AI.
- Provides helpful images.
Cons
- It would be nice if posts were easier to copy.
- If posts would automatically be shortened for Twitter.
- Saves time with scheduling. I only have to post one time per month.
- Enables us to be more creative in our posts with all of the image and AI tools.
- Increases engagement by allowing us to post more often.
As a staff member, I manage all parts of the business. I schedule a social media day once per month, and Hootsuite allows me to organize my thoughts all at once and create different messages. I love having a solid AI tool for writing posts and plenty of imagery at my fingertips.
