Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

Our organization is a growing health and wellness non-profit organization that uses Hootsuite to post and grow our social networks. With the ever-growing social platforms, Hootsuite makes it 1000x easier to post across platforms and customize content from one place. We have The capacity and time this software has saved us is incredible! And the fact that they offer a discount to eligible nonprofits is just icing on the cake.

The main menu and navigation is easy to navigate overall. The main calendar/content page is incredible easy to use. The analytics pages are also less cluttered than I would expect for that much data. The mobile app leaves some room to be desired, but overall the usability is incredibly smooth.
Our organization has gone from posting haphazardly across 5+ platforms 2-3 times a week, to posting DAILY on every platform consistently 6 days out of the week. Our overall engagement across platforms has increased more than 500% in a single month since using Hootsuite. Hootsuite has made a direct impact on our ability to ensure brand consistency and engage more effectively with our audience.

Hootsuite is an absolute blessing if you are managing multiple social platforms for a business or organization and are trying to compete with attention across social platforms by posting consistently. If you are only managing 1 or 2 platforms, it might not be as appropriate, or if you have a large team of people solely focused on social media content.
