Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

We use Hootsuite to schedule out all our social media posts in one place. The problems that it addresses is that is helps us schedule socials all in one holistic place with analytics. We had to find a platform that was user friendly, intuitive, and holistic so we could schedule, plan, and analyze all in one place. Hootsuite did that for us.

It is pretty user intuitive and easy to use. The analytics part could be a little easier to use as well as the set up when trying to use multiple teams. That can be somewhat confusing for people who do not understand your platform.
Doing exactly that. Being able to scale and publish posts easier.
