Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
We've used it to schedule posts on Facebook and Twitter. One person on my team is responsible for curating content, uploading it to HootSuite and then scheduling it to many channels, for us and some of our clients. We used it as a tool to streamline our social media engagement and presence. I believe that overall it is a powerful tool and affordable but I'm finding it to be too cumbersome and in a way a bit more complex to manage. The interface is not the most intuitive one. It was great a few years ago but we've seen interfaces that are simpler and not so cluttered. Overall it is a great tool but we eventually decided to move to something that others in the team could manage as well. Also, price went up significantly in recent years.

- Amplifr and Sprout Social
We've decided to move to Planable.io because of the analytics and some integrations it offers and we found their interface to be easier to manage and easier on the eye. Overall, Hootsuite is very powerful but we've found a better fit for us. Amplify is a great alternative as well for automating scheduling. It has worked well for scheduling clients posts at a lower cost, where clients can approve what's scheduled.

2 - I used it myself as the main strategist but my social media marketing manager used it the most. I'd check regularly to approve posts that she would schedule for our clients and she would organize the content and schedule it between many channels, not just for our company but for some of our clients as well.
