Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We are using HubSpot as a marketing automation and blogging tool primarily, and we are testing the use of the CRM. Our marketing team uses campaign pages, email, workflows, blog, social media, and lists. Our choice to go with HubSpot was centered on keeping an inbound approach to marketing as well as keeping our tools in one place, as much as possible. We've also seen some interesting innovation from them with the addition of a CRM.
- Management of digital marketing campaigns in a single place.
- Great onboarding consulting (go with the advanced package).
- Great focus on an inbound approach to marketing.
- SEO tools for page optimization, comparison, and keyword research.
- Efficient social medial management tools.
- Basic reporting is limited, and more robust reporting is a paid add-on.
- Workflows aren't as robust as some tools out there, but they are improving.
- Technical onboarding support could be better.
- We are able to handle more content and social media management as a result of the platform's efficiency.
- The is the best tool we've seen for managing, tracking and reporting on a content marketing strategy.
We liked the all-in-one approach that HubSpot offered over Pardot. We also like the inbound approach that HubSpot takes to marketing as a whole. We were happy with Pardot, but HubSpot seemed like a better long-term fit for us.
We liked HubSpot more than Marketo for ease of use and overall approach to sales and marketing.
