Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Using HubSpot CRM to track leads and opportunities as well as keeping track of our production pipeline. It is a valuable resource for maintaining our contacts and keeping a record of interactions on every job. We also use it to manage our in-progress job production and make sure all tasks are getting completed. Automation saves a ton of time!

It seems to be more robust than others. It is open-source which is helpful, but it is easy to get bogged down in all the integrations that are possible. Take your time to review all the features and make sure that they will work with your business and your own personal workflow.
I briefly used Zoho CRM but found that it really wasn't what I was looking for. I didn't give it much of a chance though before ditching it. I only returned to the idea of a CRM much later in time when my business had grown by quite a bit. The features in HubSpot are much easier to use from what I can remember.

Great for managing leads and being able to see your customer list all in one place. Could be better in the task management area. It functions quite well though, and since it is open-source, it can be integrated with virtually any other app out there so you can build a robust management platform for almost any business.
