Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Using HubSpot CRM to track leads and opportunities as well as keeping track of our production pipeline. It is a valuable resource for maintaining our contacts and keeping a record of interactions on every job. We also use it to manage our in-progress job production and make sure all tasks are getting completed. Automation saves a ton of time!

Not able to speak to this yet as I have just started to get into the sales and marketing portion of HubSpot CRM. It seems like it will help us understand and track our lead sources better and keep everyone on the same page. Hopefully, I can edit this review later and provide more insight on how it is working for us.
I briefly used Zoho CRM but found that it really wasn't what I was looking for. I didn't give it much of a chance though before ditching it. I only returned to the idea of a CRM much later in time when my business had grown by quite a bit. The features in HubSpot are much easier to use from what I can remember.
