Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
[HubSpot CRM is being used as a] sales CRM tool for inside and outside of the sales team.
Pros
- User-friendly.
- Helpful tools.
Cons
- Easier to use for bids/RFPs, or large accounts with multiple contacts.
- The ability for administration to start a sequence on behalf of a sales person/user.
- Cuts down on manual reporting.
- Extreme visibility into sales performance.
We still use Mailchimp for our email/marketing efforts but as the marketing manager, I now have total visibility into how the sales team works, their individual processes for closing deals, and what verbiage they use. [HubSpot CRM helps me] align my Mailchimp emails with what the sales team says or promises. I can see what verbiage or emails are being opened/clicked on.
We looked into SalesForce, but since it was too expensive we went with HubSpot CRM, which was very similar in features.
