Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

[HubSpot CRM is being used as a] sales CRM tool for inside and outside of the sales team.
  • User-friendly.
  • Helpful tools.
  • Easier to use for bids/RFPs, or large accounts with multiple contacts.
  • The ability for administration to start a sequence on behalf of a sales person/user.
  • Cuts down on manual reporting.
  • Extreme visibility into sales performance.
This is my first CRM experience.
We looked into SalesForce, but since it was too expensive we went with HubSpot CRM, which was very similar in features.

[HubSpot CRM is] great for loading tons of leads and simultaneously working leads to drive sales. It is not great for large bids or RFPs.
