Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We primarily use it in our Sales Department and have future plans to use it with our Service Department and hope to use it in the future for marketing use.
  • Automation.
  • Ease of use.
  • Simple set-up.
  • Would like to see auto-population of the address field when adding contacts to a company.
  • Business card scanner could use some more work.
  • We have see a reduced time in managing reports.
Much easier to use over the last CRM we had.
We looked at Zoho but went with HubSpot CRM because they were easier to talk to and were more responsive.

HubSpot CRM's staff and tech support have been very helpful and informative. They made transitioning from Salesforce to their platform very easy. We had the other CRM for several years, and it was not as easy to use as HubSpot CRM has been and my staff uses it more. Also, I don't have to spend as much time managing it for updates and IT-related tasks like I did with Salesforce.
