Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use this platform each day that I work. It is important that due to the high volume of work that I produce I am able to keep organized will all of the different companies that I work with. Using this platform allows me to call/take notes book meetings with my clients and work very efferently too.
Pros
- Store company information
- Call / E-mail / Schedule meeting all from once window of the platform
- Keeps things running efficiently
Cons
- Auto like the company to the contact in a sequence
- Not have a calling minute maximum - allow to go over and simply charge for this
- Tried to use the Aircall phone platform with this CRM and was not as plug and play as I had hoped so reverted back to how I was calling before
- Increased efficiency
- Easy to train new employee to use
- Better organization
We are able to use this platform for both sales and marketing within our company. The workflows and sequences make it possible to do this with ease and the updates provided e.g. when an e-mail is opened or a link has been clicked or viewed are very helpful in us being able to see how our prospects are interacting with our material.
There are similar features and benefits but I personally find that HubSpot is a little easier to use in my current role. I also really like that the live analytics and reports that HubSpot provides allow for me to easily see my own performance and that too of my co-workers.
