Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use this platform each day that I work. It is important that due to the high volume of work that I produce I am able to keep organized will all of the different companies that I work with. Using this platform allows me to call/take notes book meetings with my clients and work very efferently too.

Pros and Cons

Store company information
Call / E-mail / Schedule meeting all from once window of the platform
Keeps things running efficiently

Auto like the company to the contact in a sequence
Not have a calling minute maximum - allow to go over and simply charge for this
Tried to use the Aircall phone platform with this CRM and was not as plug and play as I had hoped so reverted back to how I was calling before

Usability

HubSpot is one of the easy CRM's that I have used. Easy to navigate/use and get analytics out of making it a key one-stop shop for our office. If you get stuck the help center has great resources and you can also call in and speak to someone for help quickly if you can't find what you are looking for. Overall I really like using Hubspot

Alternatives Considered

Axiom Sales Force Development

There are similar features and benefits but I personally find that HubSpot is a little easier to use in my current role. I also really like that the live analytics and reports that HubSpot provides allow for me to easily see my own performance and that too of my co-workers.

All in all, this is a very easy-to-use platform and allows for you to work at high volume and keep organized at the same time. The included features are all useful and the help you get if you are stuck is immediate and very attentive. Being able to do as many things within one plate form like HubSpot saves a huge amount of time throughout the day.
