Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Currently, the way businesses place orders to their suppliers is very disorganized and there is no standard way to do it. With [...] you can manage your orders through an app. As salespeople, we Hubspot CRM to manage our workflow and understand which leads to contact first. After the first contact with a client, there is a specific procedure to close the sale and Hubspot CRM allows me to organize my schedule and make decisions more accurately.
Pros
- The way it links with Aircall
- Able to be customized by each company
- Like to put everything in the same deal, like notes, tasks, emails and calls history.
Cons
- create a deal takes too much time
- creating contacts inside each deal takes too much time
- being able to detect duplicates and match equals
- It made our sales team increase its number of calls
- To understand which deals were priority
- To increase transparency across positions
With Hubspot CRM we could understand the percentage of qualification of our leads, and therefore we could assess if the marketing team was or was not doing a good job in capturing potential leads.
I didn't select Hubspot. It was just given to me when I entered in my company.
