Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Virti used Hubspot as our CRM, marketing tool, forecaster, etc.... We were very heavily reliant on Hubspot. As a sales person, I used it to document my interactions with customers, progression of deals through my funnel, and bring people in for collaboration. I used Hubspot heavily in my day to day work.
  • It was very easy to input data and find information
  • The funnel was laid out logically, and it was easy to track your deals
  • Pulling reports to show progress was easy for users
  • Customer support was not easy to engage with, or overly helpful
  • Generating tasks was not intuitive or easily tracked
  • The user interface made deals hard to find and update
  • As a sales rep, I just wanted something easy to use that would track my daily interactions and my work within the funnel. It did a good job with the funnel, but was a challenge on the daily interactions.
  • Hubspot was able to do a great job with outbound sales outreach automation by setting up sequences and generic emails. It also did a great job of tracking click rates and engagement of the emails, which was really helpful.
  • I loved that it integrated into my GMAIL, so I could track my activities and outreach, and also know when people were opening my emails, so that I could push on those prospects harder.
I have used Pipedrive and Salesforce, and they all provide outlook at sales. I think Hubspot worked really well as an inclusive marketing, CRM, forecasting tool. As a sales rep, Pipedrive was easier to use, but lacked all the reporting necessary for our leadership team. I have not used Salesforce in a while, but I remember it being more sales focused.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

I felt that Hubspot was better suited for marketing and sales leadership than it was for organizing the sales reps day to day action. Nothing was overly intuitive. I had used other CRM's that helped drive activity substantially more than Hubspot did. It provided lots of transparency and reporting for leadership, but did not help me from a day to day standpoint.
