Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot makes it extremely easy to manage both support tickets and customer contacts. The integration with other services such as Microsoft 365 has made it extremely easy to stay on top of all of the tasks that I need to do.
- Company and User tracking
- Linking related items and intelligently connecting them
- Integrated email makes it very easy to contact customers and share information with other team members
- I would really like to see a Dark mode
- It has allowed me to better track what my team members are working on
Most other places I have worked have used in-house, or semi in house solutions. HubSpot has been so much easier than any other that I have used so far.
