We use HubSpot every day to track our communication with our ticketholders, as well as prospective and former buyers. Before HubSpot, it was hard to track communication through our other platform. I use HubSpot all day to assist in communicating with customers.

It's really easy to use! When I was training, it was simple to grasp the basic functions and hit the ground running. Even for more advanced functions, learning how to use the new tools is pretty easy once you go through it for the first time. I love using this platform!
Easier to communicate with the marketing team, as well as easier for the sales team to increase engagements with current members in order to improve the performance of the tools the marketing team uses.

I love HubSpot for tracking sales, communications, and engagement with members. Sometimes it can be tough to use HubSpot if you don't already have an email template set up, however otherwise I love it. Very easy to use, and suits almost every avenue of my current position!
