Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot every day to track our communication with our ticketholders, as well as prospective and former buyers. Before HubSpot, it was hard to track communication through our other platform. I use HubSpot all day to assist in communicating with customers.
Pros
- Great visuals.
- Good email reminders.
- Easy to schedule meetings with clients.
- Helps collaboration between teams.
Cons
- Email reminders can be too frequent.
- Calling directly from the platform is not always seamless.
- Email integration was difficult to set up.
- Some features are difficult to set up without help from IT department.
- Shorter deal cycles.
- Revenue growth.
- Better interaction with guests.
- More opportunity to follow up with guests.
Easier to communicate with the marketing team, as well as easier for the sales team to increase engagements with current members in order to improve the performance of the tools the marketing team uses.

I like HubSpot better as it's a lot easier to use, and there are way fewer unnecessary functions. I did not select HubSpot CRM, however, I am glad that the decision was made.
