Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM helps us in managing all our contacts & then it also helps us to segregate the companies based on their categories (Industry Type, Location) making it easy for us to directly tap the accounts within the database which lies in our target region and audience. It also helps us in minimizing the mailing efforts by the sequencing feature & the reporting feature is just phenomenal which not only gives you the overall health of the process but also helps in forecasting the revenue that we can generate in a given timeframe.

Pros

  • HubSpot Sequencing - In one go you can enroll many contacts with a centralized template for a specific target audience.
  • HubSpot Report - It gives an overview to the top management regarding the overall organizational activities taking place (Number of Emails Sent, Meeting Scheduled, Calls Made, etc.).
  • Deals - This section gives the view of all the best cases we have with timeline & it also helps by telling the last touch on that account.

Cons

  • HubSpot need to have an Email Checker incorporated within the user license for which they can charge extra dollars. This will help user to clean up their data.
  • It has helped us realizing that we had a sales cycle of typically 60-120 days which we shortened to 45-60 days.
  • Helped us in saving huge cost as we were about to buy Salesforce & then we found that HubSpot is better when it comes to our requirement flow.
I've used Salesforce but found that for Sales perspective we dont require Salesforce rather HubSpot can provide all the desired outcome & report which a user wants.
It has helped marketing team to run their campaign through the HubSpot itself & talking about Sales it gives us view as in which content has performed well and can be further used for Sales Material. It has also helped us creating the Targeted Account on which Marketing team can run the campaigns form the platform itself.
HubSpot is faster & the UI also looks amazing making it user friendly.

It has always helped me, while I am busy doing something it helps me to send my emails. When I forget that I need to follow up with any client it gives me reminder to follow up with them. When I forget to attach meeting link, it gives me the suggestion to add the meeting link in a hyperlink format so that I get more meetings.
