Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM at a primary tool of comunciction with our customers as well as internal teams.
  • Possibility of creating tags and email templates
  • It simplicity to work/combine other Integrations
  • I believe sending voice messages would be a really great feature
  • created more awareness about the product and our business
  • attracted more customers
It is exceptionally easier to use and navigate with.

When using a ticketing tool, I for example tend to escalate the inquiry further on Jira as well as report back to the customer via Aircall. So far the process with the help of HubSpot CRM runs smooth.
