Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM at a primary tool of comunciction with our customers as well as internal teams.
Pros
- Possibility of creating tags and email templates
- It simplicity to work/combine other Integrations
Cons
- I believe sending voice messages would be a really great feature
- created more awareness about the product and our business
- attracted more customers
it created rooms for discussing as well as place of where certain cases were brought into attention for further analysis.
It stands up by its design!
