Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Really enjoy using HubSpot CRM. it is intuitive and allows for me to slice and dice information that is meaningful for me tasks at hand. It helps tie data from different contacts into one main company hub and allows for 30,000 foot view of an account as well as closer looks. I like the automation and customization that I can do to better connect with my prospects.

  • Sometimes I see data not loading
  • Sometimes companies have multiple websites to making it easier to connect them together as one account would be great
  • Easier saving button for when you lay out a report just as you like it!
  • By tracking the engagement with my prospects I am able to focus my time on those that have a more likelihood of closing.
  • Super easy to use so increased my adoption as a new account manager fast.
  • By having the ability to slice and dice the data as I need it, quickly, I can get to more deals and make more money for everyone.
Incredibly intuitive and easy to use. I like the layout and if I don't know how to do something I can often times figure it out in short order. It also helps there are great FAQs and tutorials available within the system and also online. It is also helpful that there are barriers for new people like me so I don't edit things I should not.
The alignment between Marketing and Sales in HubSpot CRM is the secret sauce. The ability for our marketing team to create meaningful and focused content for our prospects and for us to be able to track their engagement with that content is what can help us as Account Managers better target where to spend our time.
HubSpot CRM is more intuitive and easier to use than all the other CRMs I have used. The ability to super charge it with marketing makes it a hands down no competition winner. The fact that it can grow with the business is also a no brainer. I highly recommend HubSpot CRM.

Great personalization to outreach and automation. Fantastic for tracking tasks and moving through sales pipelines. Incredibly good at collecting data into one spot to allow for more efficient prospecting and follow through. Closing more deals as it is easy to organize my data, my day and my outreach (emails, calls, etc).
