Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM allows multiple teams in our organization to track clients from start to finish. This helps our Sales team hand deals off to our Implementation and Customer Success teams and helps keep everyone aligned. We can also look back at notes that help when a customer reaches out in Support later on.

- HubSpot CRM's reporting has helped us forecast and budget for the future and make a case for budgeting hiring resources

We liked the automated marketing that is available in HubSpot CRM compared to other products. It's also very easy to create reporting and view pipelines for different teams.
