Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM allows multiple teams in our organization to track clients from start to finish. This helps our Sales team hand deals off to our Implementation and Customer Success teams and helps keep everyone aligned. We can also look back at notes that help when a customer reaches out in Support later on.

  • Sometimes the search yields incorrect results
  • HubSpot CRM's reporting has helped us forecast and budget for the future and make a case for budgeting hiring resources
HubSpot CRM is highly customizable and useful for us in our business. The only reason I've rated it lower is because the search feature is sometimes less than helpful and it periodically goes down, which disrupts our business.
We liked the automated marketing that is available in HubSpot CRM compared to other products. It's also very easy to create reporting and view pipelines for different teams.

We really like HubSpot CRM and haven't yet been able to find an application that does what it does better. The search is sometimes not the best and could be improved to search more fields or return more intuitive results. Infrequently, the app will go down, as any can, and because it is so useful to our team, that downtime is pretty impactful.
