Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

As a DevOps Engineer, My work rely on HubSpot CRM to bring all customer information together so my team can work better as one. It helps us spot what customers need, fix problems quickly, and plan new features they will love. By linking it with our other tools, everyone stays updated without extra effort.

I am giving 9 out of 10 rating because it is the best for me to keep our data safe and secure in organized way. We are a education management company that is why we have a lot of data. That can be tricky for so many CRMs to handle that kind of data in organized manner. But HubSpot CRM handles it like playing an easy game.
Our company was using Zoho CRM earlier but when our company started growing and started having so many clients. It was not that much smooth for our operations that is why we switched to HubSpot CRM and we are really happy until now with its performance and operations. So, I must say it has been an easy journey with it.

My rating for HubSpot CRM would be 9 out of 10 as it has helped in my work a lot. I work in a Education management company so we have multiple clients to be managed. We store two types of clients data in it one is the company or institution data and other is the participant data. It did solve one issue very quick for as our company was conducting an exam and some how the examination sheets which contains questions and all was lost so we took the details from HubSpot CRM as it has everything in managed way and reach out to the client and our problem was solved with in few minutes.
