Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Marketing Hub

We use HubSpot Marketing Hub in our day to day client interactions. When it comes to connecting with our leads via zoom calls, follow-up emails, and eventually it's used as a great way to convert perspective leads. HubSpot Marketing Hub is a great platform to track all of our teams activities when it comes to creating and implementing marketing verticals for inbound and outbound leads.

  • More clarity when it comes to navigating the page
  • Customization offers Salesforce seems to have more options in this space

  • Easy-to-use intuitive application interface means I can figure out a lot of things on my own to impact our employees to solve their own problems and processes
  • Comprehensive functionality goals in regards to email campaigns, landing pages, blog, social media posts, advertising, web forms, pop-ups, Salesforce integration, analytics.
HubSpot Marketing Hub stacks up against Salesforce Ad Studio when online training is involved HubSpot Marketing Hub provides excellent online training and support resources are available for getting new team members up to speed and for diving deeper into learning discrete functionality. This is so important for onboarding new hires.

What I appreciate most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its wide variety of capabilities, which extend far beyond a common email marketing platform and can, for example, fully connect with Salesforce CRM software. HubSpot-Academy and /-Blog are excellent resources for learning how to use the product correctly. Creating leads is almost child's play with email marketing, forms, and blog posts.
