Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales Hub
HubSpot Sales Hub is currently being used by our sales and marketing departments. There is some discussion at this time of potentially moving customer service onto the platform as well. The platform has allowed for us to automate aspects of the prospecting process and free up time to focus on opportunities further down the funnel. Some of these aspects are email automation, workflows, sequences, templates, and snippets.
- Automation of processes
- Great suite of integrations to make sure you have the necessary tools to succeed
- Record tracking (emails, calls, notes, deals, etc.)
- Review of integrations - would be great to have HubSpot preferred options
- Depending on the need of the business, the cost of the platform can get up there
- Reporting
- Integrations (videos, Outlook, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Automation
- Improved funnel activity
- Increased ideal opportunities
HubSpot was more cost friendly while still providing a plethora of resources. Compared to Tour de Force, the ease of use and data tracking was significantly better. Pardot seems to be a viable option as well, but the cost associated with it is greater for what looked to be the same features. Only pro to Pardot, it is part of Salesforce, so you know innovation is top of mind. HubSpot is still "newer" so their focus on innovation for the long run is still to be seen.
