Insightly is being used by my personal sales department, comprised of 8 individuals. It allows us the opportunity to navigate our sales and ongoing projects all in one portfolio. Comparisons of data and [analysis are] necessary for the continuation of further sales and successes.

Insightly is a better organized, user-friendly, and mobile-friendly software. While it may be pricier than competitors, it makes up for it by saving the team time and confusion in the process. Our team has been more successful with the navigation of this software which has led to more sales long term. Other competitors, such as Hubspot, do not offer the ability to email directly from the software, which adds additional steps and time in the sharing of information and project details.

6 - My team is comprised of 6 people. The individuals that have integrated this software into their work-life are all a part of a real estate team that focuses on residential, commercial, and lease agreements. Using the data from each transaction allows everyone to see where they fall in relation to the team and which areas could need assistance in becoming more productive.
6 - All people that utilize this software are located in a shared office. If unable to attend the office at any time, this software allows for them to be remote and still put their work at the fore-front of their daily lives. While each individual has different objectives, they learn from one another due to their close knit setting.
