Great All-in-One System
Score 10 out of 10
Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Intacct as our core accounting system. With all of the different partnerships they offer, we are able to automate most of our manual, tedious business processes and get everything all in one system.
- Flexibility to implement in a way that fits your organization. They understand that all companies are different and do not expect us to fit in their box.
- Many partners to choose from for more specific business processes.
- Great customer support team.
- Inventory management is an issue with our organization. While it has gotten better over the past year with their new releases, it still has it's quirks.
Our organization has benefited from automating processes with Sage Intacct. We have turned our AP approval process from a paper process to a complete online process. Since all the pieces of the system tie together seamlessly, our close-out process has been shortened and is much easier.
We use time & expense to process employee's credit card charges as well as their reimbursements. This module allowed us to set up approval processes in the system, whereas prior to Sage Intacct, it was a complete paper process.
The Sage Intacct team takes a lot of the work off of the organization during the implementation. It is very time consuming to talk through all the unique attributes of the organization, but it is worth it so the implementation team fully understands. Along the way, they also ask questions and make recommendations to various processes if they feel there is a way the organization can do it better or more efficiently.
Sage Intacct is well suited for organizations who have outgrown an accounting system such as QuickBooks. It is a system more advanced than QuickBooks with the ease of use being very similar, but nowhere near the complexity or price of the large systems (such as Microsoft or Netsuite).
Sage Intacct Feature Ratings
Sage Intacct has helped us automate processes and move towards a paperless office environment.
We simply got file specifications from Intacct, sent them to UltiPro and had the integration file developed. We do have to export from UltiPro and then upload to Intacct, but it is much better than a manual data entry.
Using Sage Intacct
60 - Our accounting team of 5 use just about all modules in the system. We have a few individuals who use the inventory functionality, such as our warehouse manager, production manager, contracts administrator, and quality manager. The majority of our users are employee users to access the time and expense module.
we don't have anyone who supports the system. We call support if we have any issues.
