- Making templates easier to upload photos
- If there was an ability to work on a template within a team
- If there was a way to send interactive messaging or Newsletters
- It's a great tool to send mass communication.
- Ability to create reporting
- Can track trends on messaging
The ability to have a tool that can also schedule messages in advance is helpful especially during the holidays.

The ability to track trends and growth has been helpful.
Tracking times and open rate has been helpful to adjust when is the best time to send a message.
The growth of the organization has grown and the ability to also segment messaging based on the users preference is a great way to keep users engaged in contact they want.
They are both similar in usability. It just depends on preference
